MILITARY
We provide equine therapy for the military (any status). Counseling sessions are confidential and no cost up to 8 sessions.
FIRST RESPONDERS
We provide equine therapy for First Responders. Counseling sessions are confidential and no cost up to 8 sessions.
Up to 8 no cost sessions if with their military or first responder, spouse. Or enjoy a 25% price reduction if prefer one-on-one counseling.
FAMILIES
OUR PROGRAMS
Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes including meeting with your team to discuss treatment goals before going out to the horses. You will be interacting with the horses in a variety of ways to assist your goals.

EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (EAP)
EAP sessions are geared towards learning something about ourselves and how we communicate with others.
Equine Assisted EMDR
EA/EMDR protocols are accepted as evidence-based practice for processing intrusive thoughts, unresolved trauma and recovery from trauma
EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING
(EAL)
EAL sessions are geared towards learning something about ourselves and how we communicate with others.

Individuals who complete their complementary 8-hours are eligible to continue with maintenance sessions at a discounted rate.

Maintenance sessions are 60-minutes long and typically occur on a monthly or as-needed basis. These sessions provide participants the opportunity to either continue their work with our herd or to explore new solutions when life throws in unexpected curve balls.​

Maintenance sessions are scheduled based on our counselor's availability. The session discount is 50% off the cost and helps fund the next Hero's 8 session hours.
